Maltipoo grooming and haircuts
Maltipoo coats range from soft waves to tight curls, shed very little and tangle easily behind the ears, under the collar and in the armpits. We choose the cut and the care for your dog's coat: a Full Groom with a haircut in the style you choose, or a Hygienic Groom to keep the face, paws and hygiene areas neat between haircuts.

The Full Groom includes

The same care, with extra patience. A calm first visit teaches your puppy that grooming is something to enjoy.
Add-ons
Tangles: + AED 45 per 15 minutes of dematting. Regular visits every 4–6 weeks keep tangles away.
Haircut styles for maltipoos
- Puppy cut — keeps your maltipoo looking like a puppy: no circle is cut around the face, and the chin and cheeks blend smoothly into fluffy ears. Body length is up to you.
- Teddy bear cut — a big round head with the wide, full muzzle set exactly inside the circle, and the ears standing out on their own. A little teddy bear. Body length is up to you.
- Asian and Korean styles — a tiny, very short muzzle clearly separated from a head shaped a little like a light bulb, with ears styled to your taste. Traditionally the body is cut very short and the legs are left fluffy.
- Sweet ears — the hair on the ears is cut very short and shaped into little balls on the head.
- Pampers cut — short on the body, with a big round “ball” left over the rump that looks just like a nappy.
Styles can be mixed: a teddy head with a shorter body, for example.

My puppy is under six months — which service?
Puppy's First Haircut (AED 330) or Puppy Hygienic Groom (AED 260), at a calmer pace.
When can a puppy have its first haircut?
Once all puppy vaccinations are done — usually from about 4 months. The first visit is a gentle hygienic groom: paw pads tidied, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, a bath and blow-dry, a neat outline of the paws and face, and the hygiene areas. Most owners like to keep the body fluffy at first; from 5–6 months we can also shorten the body coat if you wish.
Do you use clippers or scissors?
Mostly scissors — most of the haircut is done by hand. Clippers are used only in a few areas, such as the paw pads and hygiene areas.
Puppy cut or teddy bear — what’s the difference?
A teddy bear cut has a clearly shaped round head with the muzzle set inside the circle and the ears separate. A puppy cut has no circle: the chin and cheeks flow into fluffy ears, so the dog simply looks like a puppy.
Why might the price change?
On a first visit we usually untangle light tangles at no charge and let you know that next time dematting is charged separately: AED 45 for every 15 minutes. Severe matting may be charged on the first visit too.
